
The burner plates allow precise positioning of the spark
electrode in relation to the burner. Sight doors are equipped
with heat-resistant knob for ease of inspection.
Special burner plate configurations are available to meet particular application
requirements.

We are using the double rod principle for burners over 1500mm (EU regulations EN-746-2)
One rod for ignition at the beginning of the burner.
One rod at to the end of the burner the flame signal is detected through ionization.
This double rod principle is preferable for understandable safety reasons.
ESG-400 Electronic Spark Generator
The ESG-400 is an electronic spark generator. It is special designed to operate in
combination with the burner control unit IBA/421 series.

The gas-air mixer is a proportional mixing device that utilizes the energy from a
stream of air to entrain a combustible gas and delivers the mixture to the burners.
Because of refinements in design this gas-air imixer will maintain accurate gas-air proportions
at all flows when
supplied with zero pressure gas. This characteristics gives the combustion system a wider
range of operation without requiring higher initial air pressure and reduces sensitivity
with regards to burner flow characteristics.
